Hasselback
Potatoes Recipe
Hasselback potatoes are a type of baked potato dish
that originated in Sweden. The potatoes are thinly sliced, but not all the way
through, so that they fan out and resemble an accordion. They are typically
seasoned with butter, olive oil, and herbs before being baked until crispy and
tender. They are often served as a side dish or as a snack.

cloves of garlic, minced

teaspoon of chopped fresh rosemary
·
1
teaspoon of chopped fresh thyme
·
Salt
and pepper, to taste

Gently
fan out the potato slices, and use a pastry brush to brush the butter mixture
in between the slices and on top of the potatoes.
·
Sprinkle
with salt and pepper.
·
Place
the potatoes on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until
the potatoes are golden brown and tender.
· Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
