Healthy Kurkure Recipe: Bake corn & rice flour dough with spices & seasonings for a crunchy, guilt-free snack

Ingredients:

  •  2 cups popped corn kernels
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tsp mango powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  •  Water as needed

Instructions:

  •  In a large bowl, mix together the popped corn kernels, corn flour, rice flour, salt, chili powder, roasted cumin powder, mango powder, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  •    Gradually add water until the mixture forms a dough-like consistency.
  •         Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into thin cylindrical shapes.
  •        Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until crispy and lightly        golden.
  •       Serve hot and enjoy your healthy, crunchy Kurkure!

Note: This healthy Kurkure recipe makes about 20 pieces and takes approximately 30 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to bake. It can be served as a snack on its own or with a healthy dipping sauce. Enjoy!
