Ingredients:

gram flour (besan)

red chili powder

turmeric powder

1 tsp
coriander powder

1 tsp
cumin powder
·
1 tsp
chaat masala powder

Salt,
to taste
·
Water,
as required

Oil,
for deep frying
Instructions:

In a
mixing bowl, add besan, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder,
cumin powder, chaat masala powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add
water slowly to the bowl and whisk to make a smooth batter. The batter should
be neither too thick nor too thin.

Heat
oil in a deep frying pan or kadhai on medium flame.
