·       3 ripe bananas

·       1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips (optional)

·       1/4 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)

 

Instructions:


·         Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.

·         Add in the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until well combined.

·         If desired, fold in the chocolate chips.

·         Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
