Paneer Delight: A Mouthwatering Recipe for the Perfect Indian Cheese Dish
Paneer is a
popular Indian cheese that is often used in vegetarian dishes. Here is a recipe
for a basic paneer dish that can be used as an entree or side dish:
Ingredients:

Paneer
(400 grams), cut into cubes

Onion
(1 medium), finely chopped
·
Tomatoes
(2 medium), finely chopped
·
Ginger-garlic
paste (1 tablespoon)
·
Green
chili (1), chopped
·
Cumin
seeds (1/2 teaspoon)
·
Turmeric
powder (1/2 teaspoon)
·
Red
chili powder (1/2 teaspoon)
·
Coriander
powder (1 teaspoon)
·
Garam
masala powder (1/2 teaspoon)
·
Salt to
taste
·
Oil for
cooking
·
Fresh
coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:

Heat
oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they start to crackle, add chopped
onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

Add
ginger-garlic paste and green chili to the pan and sauté for a minute.

Add
chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam
masala powder, and salt to the pan. Mix well and cook until the tomatoes become
soft and the mixture turns into a thick paste.

paneer cubes to the pan and mix well so that the paneer gets coated with the
tomato-spice mixture.

for a few minutes until the paneer is heated through and the flavors have
